PTC MARKHORS group from the WWF Eco internship at BSS PTC in 2017 had served our services for the Ban of plastic bags.We started a movement Cleaning Initiative.For our movement's awareness part we follow some steps.

WWF Cleaning Initiative Awareness campaign

Four days of WWF has all done with us and we were free for our final project work.As I already have wrote about what we were asked to do.
I was in team working for awareness part. We basically divide duties for this section as well. We made a list and gave responsibilities as a person talents accordingly. List is here:

• Posters and vouchers by hand

One of our member named Ayesha has painted all these posters and the idea was given by our leaders but she made it so beautifully. We displayed them and she made a bundle of posters each with the different idea. Posters was a part of our campaign for exhibition purposes. here are the badgers made by Ayesha for the team members which  showed that they were representative of PTC Markhors.

• Visits to schools for lectures

We visited many Government schools for the for the awareness lectures. One member actually prepared a lecture with all points what we learnt from WWF Eco internship. There are many stories to describe about what happened to convince the principal, to convince the students not to use the plastic bags and who we are and how we have the authority to say all this. It was a difficult task and the next post would be on this topic.

• Questionnaire
  

Questionnaire I have written this questionnaire with burning the night oil. It was a dark cold night when I draw all logos on the page and then write these questions, then gave to my sister to get the copies. Wherever I stuck I contacted WhatsApp group and got a nice response.

• Blog and publications

  Cleaning Initiative - Blogger

Internet is always best medium to communicate. So we  publish blog,that is my first blog named as Cleaning initiative. It includes the effects of using plastic bags ,advantages ,disadvantages and the alternatives that if we don't use the plastic Bank so what we have to use.

WWF - Public awareness

• Video Making Awareness    Stop using Plastic bags

When we saw and listen both at the same time it would be if more effective for the communication. So we made an awareness video. We had not only shown this video to children of schools but we made efforts to bring this message to University students. for this we contacted teachers and convince them to show this video on multimedia to students.

• Google Quiz Cleaning Initiative Survey

I was another offered to bring the attention of people we actually spread this survey on our WhatsApp and people actually responded to that. it was a little awareness for people by cleaning initiative.

Green Cleaning Initiatives Launched By Various Organizations

• Exhibition and stalls

Posters we already had must be more visible to the people. The best way is the exhibition stall. so on the parents teacher meeting our students put on a stall and it grasped the attention of parents to the stall. It where's the best way to educate parents because children always follow their parents. It was a greater success.

How can we forget the social media for any awareness campaign so our page cleaning initiative was running show created successfully it gets more and more likes at those days. Be posted all over blogs, Google survey, Awareness video, pictures of stalls, Exhibition ,posters and school visits.
