Emotional trauma

 All emotions are present at same time in human brain or body, it's all depend on the gradual building of point which can trigger the emotion. It's not different from the clock of your K-map, if the potential of specific emotion is start getting high it crosses the limit of explosion and exploded. But what if the environment is still feeding it, it will be harmful or could be damaging to the person facing it and others around them. 

The food to any emotion and feeling whether it's sadness, happiness, rejection, appreciation or hopelessness; comes from environment. What people are saying to you on a longer time and how impactful those people in your life, the music. Music has different theories but it's very impactful in the synapses the chemical responses in the brain. Your playlist is telling you alot about our mental health but we can't recognize during the flow of these nutrients of depression. But untill we experienced everything and can help someone else. It's a gradual process and it's cure has alot of ridges and processes. 1 night you start hoping about life and other moment you want to end the suffering, during this journey alot has been visible to you. Your ability to judge and sense everything is enhanced into hundred time, or it could be vary according to person's personality. People around us can't identify the changes and keep going with the flow, but now their actions are affecting us directly and at once, because the emotional threshold has already been touched. This could lead to breakups, broken friendships or anything worst. Balance is not meant to be for ecosystem and diet but also in the life, and this is how life selects best fit for individuals. When the storm is gone and brain getting into place again, where your soul can invade your body again, where soul started trusting the body again. Where the mind trying to leave fight and flight for some other time, where the person start ruling the body again and brain is no more the king. Any malfunctioning doesn't happen overnight, but what's the real success returning to the places which feed to your normal emotions to this level of insanity or let it go. Fresh start is no doubt ab absolute solution but how can you forgive the places and people who damage your emotional balance. Forgiveness is the ultimate solution but what if you can't recall the memories because they haunt you, is it still forgiveness? May be hurting yourself in anger and unresolved trauma is not less than suicide, but is it anything linked to the nutrients of damage or it's a personal struggle ending at private success.
